I started out with a crew sources off the net, but by the time we got to Roscoff we were obviously not getting on, so I suggested a ferry trip would be a good solution! so single handed yet again 
Cameret - La Coruna 360 miles, 4 days 7 hrs, almost no wind a lot of the way, couldn't motor due to engine water leak, so speed was 2.5 knots a lot of the time. Ave. speed was about 3.2 but pushed up to 3.5 with a fair wind the last day.
I had the sea all to myself so no problem with sleep.
Battery charging was an issue, wind gen no go with no wind! The mains generator did the job well till I sorted the water leak. The leak sprayed water onto the belts and caused them to slip.
I traced the water leak to a hole in the exhaust hose, now held together with plumbers tape, gaffer tape, a strip of garden hose and five jubilee clips!
Went out for my first Spanish meal today and no, it wasn't an omlet
Griddled pork cubes with herbs, red peppers and chips - lovely taste and very tender. €6·50
