Machinist to copy Volvo part

Hi looking for someone who might copy a Volvo outdrive part which is obsolete ? Its the dog (or Shift Shoe in USA) from a Aquamatic 100B outdrive.
Similar to picture, around 50mm long.

I can borrow one.

Make sure its up to spec i.e. hardness of the metal, if it breaks it will trash the upper section of the drive.

I’ve now got a lead on a factory part so this is now my plan B but I will definitely keep these numbers, thanks all

That part looks like its machined, hardened and then ground. Quite a lot of work.

I've just had the dog replaced on a Volvo Penta sail drive 120SE this summer, which looks remarkably like what you're showing.
Photos here are what I have ( the one removed ). It was purchased from a VP dealer who fitted the new parts so I can assume that VP still stock it.
Any help?

You are more than welcome to have the parts buckshee BUT they were removed along with the sliding sleeve as the gearbox only worked in reverse! so I cannot give any warranty as to how worn it will be.
