Anyone know if its possible to get a towable MacGregor for under £10k?

Looking for something fairly modern with accomodation thats towable and easily launched for under £10k, any Suggestions?

What do you want to do with it though? Sail it? Waterski? Why a Macgregor?

You can get an older Megregor 26m's for less than 10k. 26x's are still slightly more but make some offers, you never know. Theres a couple on Ebay at the moment.

That's a "C" so no "super" speed under power that the OP was after.

I haven't looked at prices recently but the "M" is the newer one (still in production) with the "X" being the older one. I (and many) always preferred the layout of the X which to answer another posters question is the main difference. The M is reported to sail *slightly* better but neither sailing performance will set the world on fire. The M would normally come with a twin axle trailer which is worth considering as the weight of a loaded X is very heavy for the standard single axle trailer.

To answer another's question the "get you home" quick performance under motor does indeed work but only in flatish or sheltered water. A consideration depending on where you are considering using it.
