M F gets passed !! did I spell that correct!

Last week SWMBO and I decided to cruise around Anglesey, it didnt start too well with high winds Saturday and Sunday..........

Monday weather improved and we went to Port Wen, the place HLB cant find, so here it is in all it's glory.

We stayed there until the tide passed by so that we could push on to Molfra, and before you lot start I know Little Ship is SLOW! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Arrived in Molfra about 20.oo hrs and watched the sun go down with a well earned G&T.

Next day we went to one of the main marinas in the area, Never been in with the boat but always said I would. Bugger it was shallow.....

Iv'e spent years keeping the bottom of my boats off the ground, I wont be going back with my pride and joy!!! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Anyway.......... met Fucky Farters crew and told them we were going around the Island, said they wanted to join in so off we went.

MF already posted pictures of Little Ship blasting past him so here are a couple of photos from the other vantage point!

Left Carnarfon yesterday and we must have picked up some weed as Little Ship could no longer keep up with MF /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif We arrived back in Holyhead 2 hrs after MF, funny though I couldn't see any weed on the bottom. Good news is I only used about £100 in fuel for the week.............. Arrrrgh the joys of a displacement boat!

Super slippery through the water that's what she is, and very very fuel efficient at 1500 revs (er thats about 6 knts)

Put some more ice in the gin dear and hold tight here comes one of those white plastic tubs from the bottom of a scientist jar again!
