Looks like one of the Russian hydrofoils that are still fairly commonplace in the Greek Islands, with a few go-faster/bling-type additions, and an interior makeover, to me.
It has a certain tacky charm. Not sure it would be to tcm's taste any more - hasn't he moved on? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think that 'crown' must go to Cross Channel Hovercraft. I was on one with a few others going to join a ship in Le Havre. We sat down and cabin lass asked if we wanted anything ... others all ordered beers / whiskey whatever. I ordered 2 beers with a straw.
Once we got out over the water and blatting along - I enjoyed a spill-free beer - others on the other hand were spilling most of theirs !
