I have the above plotter which doesn't seem to do anything when switched on. There is 12V across the supply. I took it apart and connected 12V to the internal connections, there is 12V across the ribbon connections when I press the on switch so it seems to be getting electricity. There was a faint burnt electronics smell from nowhere in particular, can't see any obvious burnt or damaged bits.
Anyone know of any common issues or any way of testing further? Any way to check if the display itself is ok?
