Low voltage under load

The usual method of fault-finding along a series circuit is called "halving"

With the CP switched on. the positive cable end to end had a voltage reading of 242mv. Using the halving method I found that the blade fuse from the battery switch to the fuse panel was a large part of the problem. I removed the fuse, and now the end to end voltage is 112mv.

These are the voltages with the fuse removed:

The CP is still receiving 0.2v less that the battery output (12.2v compared to 12.4v). Is this normal or do I need to do something else?

No one has said it yet but 12.4v is a low reading in the first place.
If your bank is charged, then you should expect to see 12.7v across the battery terminals.

Hi LiB, yep I should have said, these reading were taken after lunch, and I had just run the microwave for some time. The 12.v was consistent for the remainder of the day
