Low profile engine mounts without captive studs?

Hi all. Recently swapped the engine mounts on my Colvic Watson, which has two pot Penta inboard that weighs 200kg wet including gearbox. This was done on the water, so without lifting the engine out of the boat I needed mounts without a captive stud - the only ones I could find which were low enough were these, which I also fitted to my narrowboat a couple of years ago: Marine Engine Mounts: AV Mounts Online

Stern tube system has an outboard cutless bearing only, Volvo Penta style dripless gland, solid prop shaft coupling, 30mm OD shaft, 48mm OD stern tube.

Originally, it had unbranded, very old rubber mounts which were installed so the engine feet sat directly on top of the mount without an adjuster nut under it! One mount had a sheared stud, and the measurement from the bottom of the engine foot to the bearer was 52mm. I expected this to be on the low side as the mounts looked rotten, and the prop shaft was low in the stern tube. The new mounts are 39mm high, plus 10mm for a full nut and then a 5mm half nut which is a total of 54mm from foot to bearer. Should really have a washer in there but this makes it even higher!

Anyway, I installed the mounts, let the engine settle on them for a week and then aligned the engine and replaced the gland with an Eliche Radice dripless. The engine was a pig to align, and in the end only the front mounts were raised by a couple of mm (big heavy flywheel on the front), the rears being low as they'll go, sat on the nuts. All seemed fine but I noticed the new gland was dripping so I waited for a low tide and checked the prop shaft alignment in the tube - it was high this time! Unbolted the coupling from the gearbox and tried to realign again. However, I couldn't get the engine low enough. I don't particularly want to replace the nut which takes the weight of the engine with a half nut either...

It seems that the mounts also are a bit soft, but these the hardest ones I could find which were low enough without a captive stud - 65kg rated, 90kg max load.

Had a good search but I couldn't find any other mounts available with a higher weight rating, a low profile and non captive studs. Anyone got any leads? Thanks.
