low cost moorings for spain or portugal

i intend to cruise down to spain and portugal this summer and autumn and would like to hear from anybody who may have experience or knowledge of safe low cost ports wher i could leave my boat during october to december this year

How low\'s low?

Certainly safe and very reasonable - Port d'Hivernada - Mahon, Menorca. Very sheltered, cheaper than UK, but the facilities are far from five star!
