A maried couple from Southsea, Hants called Falmouth coastguard on a satelite phone. They were 350 miles west of the Cape Verde islands when the hull in their 43ft yacht Avventura fractured and started leaking. A bulk carrier went to their aid. Apparently they were picked off.
