Anyone recognise this? Saw it while walking along the foreshore 1/4 mile east of Stutton Ness on the Stour, has ff104 written inside the port bow.

Perhaps they've amended the class rules a bit?

Controversially they've allowed outboards to be used. And allowed shorter dinghys.
