Posting in the hope that someone on here may know a canoeist.

In the last gale, Pia was it?, a blue and white canoe was blown up under the bank opposite the Tide Mill. It seems to have caught under a tree branch so likely to stay put. Seems pretty clean/new condition. The photo shows the position, sorry it is a bit fuzzy!

If you know anyone to contact please let them know.

I have sent an email to the Woodbridge Canoe Club but have no idea if the address is monitored.IMG_1441.jpeg

Update,

No longer visible today 26/12, either recovered or washed away in the big tide yesterday. We were not here as had Xmas lunch with youngest son in Enfield.

Could you let the CG know please? If it washes up somewhere it might well result in a lifeboat/CRT search.

Update: Disregard. Humber are already aware.

I think it would have probably gone further up river with the wind and tide yesterday, but maybe retrieved by the owner.
