Although its nice to think that this forum has had some influence in various issues, it is only a part of a much wider arena. The Lock Keepers wives , SOS campaign and intervention by MP's undoubtedly were the main driving forces so lets just say "every little helps" ! !

I must say that angelaq's appearance here was a major step forward and I am sure she has a difficult path to tread, particularly when some here pursue, shall we say, more extreme views.

Whatever, the forum is what we make it and I, for one, am well satisfied with the progress we have made in a little over two years.
