Having got the whole breeding three kids thing out of the way I'm looking for a way back into sailing, which upto about 17 years ago was my obsession.

I hold the RYA Coastal Skipper Certificate, Yachtmaster Theory, I am also qualified as an Advanced Wilderness First Aider (extended care away from clinical help) I have a restricted VHF licence but understand I need to revisit this. I mix a mean cocktail, rock a two saucepan meal and having had a fairly interesting and successful life, rarely run out of conversation.

I'm thinking of doing the Yachtmaster Coastal but all my passages are now more than 10 years old, so I am back to square one. I'm in easy reach of Poole and surrounding harbours. Happy to travel on the South Coast for weekend sailing opportunities. Will genuinely consider anything.
