Looking for Spares for Navman G Pilot 3100. Autopilot

I am trying to help a friend who has a Navman G Pilot 3100 which has an issue with its display. She has been told that the model is discontinued.

Any suggestions as where she could send her unit for repair either in the UK or Sweden.. Alternatively, where she could source a second hand unit.

Tom has a repair kit for these units, or will do it if you are not comfortable. It's in the usa though.
