Thanks, however have sourced the saddle washers, will try these first and see.

Had not found these either, however the existing 28mm tube is hard against the GRP table so could not get a wrap around bracket like this to work

Here is a photo of the mock up of the grab handle.

I've made those by taking Starboard across a table saw at an angle. Any radius you want.
