Not wishing to upset anything but we did buy Erbas' dinghy as a bit of a project, which we hope we can restore to useable state over the summer - probably going to my brother if we can do it. As we need something useable immediately we also took Johnalisons dinghy, which we can use now.

Steve - sorry we seem to have got off on the wrong foot without meaning to, I will keep an eye out for you and let you know if we see another pram around,what the max length you can fit on your cabin top?

A long shot i know but I'm looking for a grp dinghy, about 8foot. We're moving from Tollesbury to Felixstowe ferry in March having to get used to a swinging mooring again and all that goes with it. We just need something cheap, watertight and stable to leave on the beach (so nothing posh),

Happy to pick up within reasonable distance of Wivenhoe or Tollesbury.

Andy Moore at Felixstowe Ferry Boatyard had an 8' dinghy for £80 about 2 weeks ago - give him a ring.
