Looking for a Cox master mariner 22

Hi I looking to purchase a 22ft ish motorsailer and would like to hear from anyone who has a cox master mariner for sale or anyone who could offer any general advice about these boats.

Hello Chris,
I have a Cox 22 ketch that I have being working on for at least 350 hours until today. Has a Perkins Terama (very new one) 30 PS inboard engine. I am trying to find now all sails.
If I sell it, it can not be lower than € 17.500.- today.
Next week I will become a new propeller tunnel, and all other parts and new rubber mounting for the engine. It was too week and the prop was deformed during the years...
Until now the bills for this last work arised € 2.500.-
