Although my quest for a sailing boat is in abeyance it was interesting to receive notice that a boat I went to see last summer priced at 10,000 euros had dropped to 6,500 euros and had the rocker box painted red would be interesting to know if it meant the engine had had a overhaul and started without easy start. That put me off the purchase.Looking at the photos it’s been spruced up and showers it motoring without the outboard clamped on the back. It’s an interesting French design called Baradure, long intergralkeel ,great weekender in the rias.Just posted to show sometimes it’s worth waiting in theses present times as prices may drop.

Beneteau Baroudeur. Some of Beneteau’s earlier designs, built in various sizes. I like them too.

I was seriously interested in a Barouder at one time. They seem nice boats. Good handholds below.

The earlier ones had two three separate windows either side (plus bonus porthole), and are much better looking, in my view. As with most boats that had a cosmetic makeover around that era to make them look more 'modern', the earlier version has aged much better, at least to my eyes.
