Anyway, it makes no difference if you have high standards and want the boat shiny. I mean, you need to wash off the salt even if the boat is white. Unless you think it doesn't show on a white boat. You perhaps have dark grey carpets at home so you don't need to hoover them often? And dark brown bathroom fixtures? Yuk.
Yup, it's certainly not matter of fact and is a pile of fun. And quite a big project - I think I have 400emails on the subject over a few months. Nick and Teresa's Warlock looks great. I've seen 2 of those boats close up, but both were white and Warlock is the first black one I've seen and looks loads better. My neighbour in Antibes just took delivery of his 2 weeks ago (in white, called Nada, if anyone saw it at factory) and is still grinning from ear to ear
