Look out for RIB t/t Perle Noire

My mate's Rib was stolen from just below Bray lock, but above the Waterside, last week. It is an Avon Rib colour grey with a 4hp two stroke Mercury engine. Length 2.8m Beam 1.4m. The name painted on it was t/t Perle Noire. It is unlicensed as the NEW license is in hand with the new name "Noire".
