Long Shot - anybody changed the batteries on thier Maxi 1050?

The boat's set up pretty much requires a like for like replacement as there is very little scope to accept any change in battery size and position of the terminals, etc.

Existing batteries (just over 9 years old) are Tudor branded but I couldn't find a product code on them

They're almost certain to be a standard size, used by various battery manufacturers, so just measure them and you'll be able to find replacements which fit.

( 2 weeks ago I bought one. Delivered by UK Mail who had the facility to print the authority for it to be left in the porch. That was useful! )

Check the sizes for brands and capacities of interest... Quite a variation

Compare prices . IIRC Battery Megastore prices include delivery. Tayna do not.
