Long Shank 14mm eye bolt

After scouring the tinternet,for quite a while!!, I can’t seem to find an eye bolt with a long shank (>40mm) and a collar at M14 A4. They all seem to jump from M12 to M16. There must be a reason but I can’t think what! There are lifting eye bolts but these have a short shank and I need something longer.
Anyone know where I can find such a beast?
This is something like I need.

Great minds think alike! Unfortunately the same problem. Eye nuts seem to be M12 or M16

14mm studding is available in A4 stainless, but I have yet to find 14mm eye nuts in A4.

Not A4 but this is 304 M14 x 50mm.
