Londoners : info please NB

Can anybody recommend a decent hotel or B&B (either nr Waterloo or Hampton Court/Thames Ditton) which won't involve re-mortgaging the house? One night only next week.

The Honourable Company Of Master Mariners have accommodation aboard HQS Wellington which is moored relatively close to Waterloo. I've never used it but looking at their website its only £35 for the first night (single) or £50 for the first night for a double.

So does having RYA Dayskipper class as a 'maritime link'?

The only reasonably priced hotel near waterloo that i've been able to find is the Regent Palace in picadilly circus. Accomodation is nothing to write home about but it was clean enough when I went. check out expedia.

Ditto the Strand Palace. Closer to Waterloo and not bad if you're on a budget.
