London boat show, which day?

I'm going to London on fri. Is the show a lot busier on sat and sun than it is on mon?

Yes much busier. Traditionally Mon and Tues seem to be the quietest days.....pros and cons of busy or not depend on your reason for going to the show of course.

We went last year on the first Saturday and you could hear a pin drop, going again this year on the first Saturday as there is no crush.

I'm going on Friday. It will be nice not to be lost in the crowd, not like 2 years ago.

Had hoped a few more regular exhibitors who would be best placed to comment might chip in but...

based on years when I've been two days (most years until last year which was just rubbish), monday and tuesday (as stated by vanilla) do seem to be quietest. The organisers obviously think that too as those are the days they get the school parties in to boost the entrance numbers. Fortunately Newham school kids don't tend to vie with you for the attention of stallholders in order to ask technical questions as the paying punters would so they're still good days to go.
