I often forget to logout at the end of the office day, and switch off the computer. When I switch on again in the morning I am still logged in, which means anyone else could post messages in my name on the forum if they have access to my computer. Not likely, (the other office staff are non sailors and non English speaking), but I am sure many people have easily accessed computers?

I never logout as it's just another chore saved, but then nobody has access to my computer other than her in doors.

If it troubles you logout but then when you login again do not tick the "remember me at each visit" box. I think that will do the trick but it means you'll have to log in again each day. Don't do it unless you can remember you password

Or setup a password on you computer so that no one else can use your ID.

Alternatively could try working while at work instead of playing on computer forums all day /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
