Logistics and Crew help - East Coast

I'd like some help to get a ex RNLI Motor Lifeboat from Southwold to Levington ahead of a proper move to Southampton, sometime in the next two weeks.

What I need is someone who knows a fuel injector pump from a hole in the ground and is comfortable around an engine room. Not expecting a problem, sea trial was OK, but with a first trip in a new-to-me boat back-up is a comforter. Anyone with local knowledge, again not essential but in a perfect world....well why not ask.

What would then be even nicer, would be someone to collect said crew from Levington and dump them at Southwold so that cars were in the right place at the end of the day. Expenses of course.

Any retired or self employed bodies with time to react to weather windows and tidal curves. Transport from Berkshire with me possible for RG postal coders.

Thanks for the offers of advice and help. The advice has all been excellent and I hope to take up offers of further advice, transport, etc.

Still hoping to add to the kind offers because when times are finally decided people are often busy, I am without shame in bringing my post back to the top for a second day!
