LogBook with a refill option

Good morning folks,
Does anybody know of any supplier who can supply a leather bound log book than can take a refill when it is full?
SWMBO's birthday is coming up and while she loves writing copious pages she also loves the environment and would love a reusable leather bound logbook that she could buy refills for.
I have looked online and all the logbooks seem to be for one off use only.

I use this, not for a log book, but for ideas and sketches. Various infills available, blank, lined, square (dots), so could mark off as a log book very easily. Quality is good and a natty compass logo embossed into the leather.

I dare say, other company infills could be purchased and used.

We went through this, no joy. In the end we used a ring binder folder and made our own sheets.

Been using it 16 years now, two boats worth of voyages fully noted and stored away now.

Perhaps you can get a ring binder folder with an incription added?
