Locks on the Thames

Should have the boat in about a week or so!
Erm are all the locks on the Thames open now from Windsor downstream because I want to get the boat to Chichester as soon as possible

Sometimes you can stil get through even when they are officially closed. Sometimes a polite crawling call to a lock keeper will get you through on a pre-arranged date.
