Those things only affect the magnitude of the drag which I think we all quite clearly understand will vary with the propellor/rotor geometry and the fluid. However, they have nothing to do with which of a freewheeling or fixed prop/rotor has most drag.
Have taken the time to check some propellor designers - they also say lock the prop for less drag.
This is becoming a drag so I think I will go and freewheel somewhere else.
