locking hasp and staple

does anyone know of a uk supplier of a key locking stainless hasp and staple. I know of two suppliers 'western marine'uk which is out of stock until april and 'west marine' usa but ive heard the west marine ones arnt that good and i really want a uk supplier.

I bought a pair a year or two ago and I think it was from TCS Discount chandlery. They advertise in PBO (I think). Don't know if they still do them but I certainly got them mail order.
