1989/90 mk 1 any comments/views good or bad about these boats ?
the one i am thinking of buying has a iveco 450 engine.

My understanding is that they are a quality boat. Dive charter and fishing charter guys go for them as they are very robust and good sea boats.
The Iveco engine: we have two Case tractors with Iveco engines and they are a good gutsy unit. Both trouble free, one with 5000 hours and the other at about 3000. Propbably end up putting 6000-8000 hours on them before we move them on.

Friend has had a new 450 Iveco for 5 yrs has been faultless. He has recently had two installed in new boat

Quality boat with a decent engine

Friend who is an inshore commercial fisherman has Iveco in his boat (Cygnus), says most of similar boats run Iveco too now and it’s almost standard fit.

i did and he had all the info about the boat which had only two owners
since new and the first worked at lochin newhaven where it was built.
so i made up my mind to buy it after a survey of course but then the
seller decided he wanted to keep it. so hey hoe i am still looking for
a boat !
