Can anyone please point me to the rules regarding the "local knowledge endorsement" under (I think), the Boatmaster Rules? eg what is the syllabus? What experience do you need?
Apparently I need such an endorsement on my Yachtmaster (Comm End) ticket to take passengers upstream of Margaretness in my 44' motor cruiser, which is coded for 10 passengers. Any help much welcomed.
