Local engineer needed

Hi
I have been searching for a local engineer to come out to fix my steering system with no luck as of yet. I have a twin steering system the pipes are copper. I have tried to fix myself but it is leaking below the pump housing and have made it worse. The boat is by Maldon Park, Essex any contacts would be appreciated.
