When does the petition end? - doesn't it say it ends in on the 3rd May - On the website, it says they run for 6 months - did it start much longer ago?

In 'Dead reckoning terms' that is less than 10% of YBW user names (discounting 2/3rds of total user names). Has this been out on other YBW forums?
