Living on a boat...

Is this man secretly Nathan Lee....

Di

5ft headroom! The lad was spoiled. Alas, having done four years in a similarly sized boat, I no longer live aboard, despite having upgraded to something considerably more comfortable.

Looks pretty much like my boats inside though. I spent hours (many of) cleaning the cabin the last two weekends because I had girls coming as crew.

Good to see he wears his lifejacket 24/7

You can't be flying that much RNLI cloth and not wear a lifejacket for a photo shoot :)

Good on him, of course, but being in the DM is bad luck for everybody else wanting to do the same, as I'm pretty sure the harbour will get a telling off from the council and there will be a bit of a crack down on people living on their boats. Always the way. Out of sight, out of mind, and all that jazz.

I think I would have considered the cardinal sin of making an apology to his girlfriend and/or eating some humble pie in preference to living aboard. But then, my student days were in the 1970s and clearly there's a lot changed since then.
