live aboard on the south coast

I'm not sure, they had liveaboards at brighton which is also a premier marina?
We're as good as living on board as we're spending more time on than at home. (must cut the grass!!)

Perhaps the official answer is no, if you want to get official about it!

I doubt the marine world is ever going to offer the security of tenure that some inland live-aboards benefit from.

We lived on board at Shamrock Quay on the Itchen River in Southampton for two years with no problems. Other marinas that allow live-aboards are Quay Side Marine (Itchen River), Hasler Marina in Gosport (last time I checked anyway), Brighton Marina and Quay Lane Boatyard in Portsmouth harbour (if you can dry out in deep mud).
