Words fail me really. He is very lucky to have been able to return to port. At least the keel on a sailing yacht imparts some stability, unlike those poor blighters who attempted to leave Whitby in their little motor boat and drowned when it turned over as they attempted to turn round.

You can only hope somebody in authority gave him a bloody good talking to.

I call these guys "lottery winners" The Solent is full of them. Luckily for them the Solent doesn't deliver too much of a thrashing.
