Anybody done it? Thinking of entering to raise the profile of our new company (we specialise in high rise building construction) and because it might be fun! Looks like it could be all Sunsail boats - do they get many entries in the cruiser classes?

I've done it. Quite a while ago when it was mostly IRC boats. (our owner is in the trade and I was the one allowed non trade person.)

The level was not especially serious but the shoreside networking seemed good.

Any specific Q's just PM me.

I have done it too for a few years a few years ago. Suggestions:
Name the boat as your company name for the races - you can do this and get more exposure.
Have some experienced crew and some guests maybe customers.
Get branded (your company) clothing.
Try not to sleep guests on the boat.
Use the social side to network, it's hard work!
