Nobody answering?

From our time there - too many years ago to be of much use - I do recall that staying aboard on the hard in Italy was problematic; I also recall there being a yard on Elba (a bit south of Liguria I know) in the town where Napolean was exiled - can't recall the name, but it's on the north coast. Or I found this which might prove helpful:

Thanks for replying - I’ve called numerous marinas in Genoa and the area and none will allow me to stay on the boat or do my own repairs. slim possibility near Pisa but still waiting for confirmation of a space

Thanks

It may be worth joining an association like the Lega Navale and seeing if they’d let you then use there facilities.
Here’s a list of associated facilities in Liguria (you can select other regions like Toscana) you could call.

if looking in Tuscany also try Livorno, Piombino o Cecina. I fear further south it will start to get expensive ans touristy again
