may be. But putting it an oven (not heated!) would probably act more like a Faraday Cage. Thats what we do anyway. Perhaps its more wishful thinking but it seems to have done the trick so far.....

Best place is a microwave if not as above the oven.

Foil may have the opposite effect!!

it should certainly help. To do a thorough job, you need to completely enclose the device.

You could make yourself a Faraday cage for it from stainless or aluminium mesh.
