Lightest scooter for use on a Mobo?

I often strap a couple of small petrol cans on the back of my electric bike - using one of those elastic straps.
Two small cans fit neatly side by side on the rear pannier bracket
Enough for my 40HP outboardn

BTW if you do get one of these, the extra for the panniers and handle bar basket are a must.

The whole thing doesn't do much for your street cred though!!!

This will definitely increase your street cred!

The pedal tricycle mod. R34 has the same frame than the tricycle mod. R32 but it equipped also with an electric auxiliary motor which helps pedalling especially when going uphill.

Folding and unfolding steps are as simple and quick as those of mod. R32: the sole difference is that it is necessary also to fit and unfit the battery pack, but this is made in a very simple and quick way in few seconds.

The dimensions of mod. R34 when folded and when unfolded are the same than those of the mod. R32. The mod. R34 fits preferably a NiMH battery pack which is much lighter than a lead battery pack of the same capacity. Furthermore NiMH batteries are much more reliable because charging does not need any special care, also thanks to its electronic control device.

The main technical features of the R34 which makes it different from the R32 are:

*
Engine: 24V – 280 W
*
NiMH battery pack: 24V – 8,5 Ah ; weight 5,9 kg
*
Total weight of the tricycle (including the NiMH batteries): 31,3 kg

Update: the Gasgas 125 cc is totally road legal, but cannot cruise as fast as a proper tarmac 125cc.

Max speed: 55 mph. View attachment 30758
Cruise: 50 mph
Slower acceleration
Sensitive steering.

My son's going to test drive one in a couple of days to see how it goes.
