We have lights like these fitted to our new yacht,but can't seem to open it up to get at the bulb. anyone know how they are supposed to open up?

Make unknown ,but they are on a 1997 Bavaria 350.

This sort of light is always a fiddle. You might need to push upwards a bit to make it release as well as twisting.

Yes. It's a bayonet type fixing.
