Light outboard for Tender

I have one of the new Avon 3.1 "lite" RIBS as a tender. I am finding my Mariner 15 too heavy to lump around on a yacht easily, and am looking for a reasonable power but much lighter outboard. My research so far shows that the Tohatsu 9.8 seems to be lightest in the range at 25kg. All the other 10hps seem to up around 30kg, and the Mariner I have is 37kg.

Anyone know of a 10ish hp engine lighter than the Tohatsu's 25kg? Or am right to think this is the lightest in that size range?

My Tohatsu brochure states weight of 9.8hp to be 27kg. This does appear to be an oddity as it is the same block as their 8 & 6hp models. The 9.9 - 10hp models from other manufacturers seem to be downrated 15hp engines so that is why they are heavier. Mind you I'd get knackered carting 27kg around if I had to do it very often.
