lifting out facilities near Viareggio Italy

I need to get Shady Too out of the water to get cleaned and anti-fouled
made enquiries in Viareggio and the price was crazy at 1500 to take out and clean. I assume this is because they are used to dealing with the Big Boys and us poor yachties are charged the same.
So HELP!!! please
where is there a marina close to Viareggio that has a ship lift??
