Having just visited the SBS, I am sorely tempted by a lift-keel version of the Feeling 36.

Does anyone have any comments or experience about this boat or lift-keel Feelings in general?

I have a Jeaneau Fantasia with a swinging keel. She is excellent for getting into shoal water; drawing only 1m with the keel retracted.

However, I'd recommend that you consider where your likely to be cruising. If you're considering places where most harbours dry, like Brittany, then I'd say you should consider investing in a set of legs as well, then you've got the best of both worlds.

Magic

We get to go, explore and feel those places others can only read about in dubious publications
