Lifejacket Hire?

Hi All,

I am planning a long trip to the West Country for 2 weeks next month. All my family are going to be there holidaying and we are likely to run them all out on a couple of occasions . As such I am likely to need 5 child life-jackets (one of which is only 3, rest are 7, 9, 10 and 12). And 2 extra adult ones!!!

Does anyone know if anyone hires them out? I am looking at my best options. I dont need to purchase them because this is really a one off so would be massively expensive for me.

If anyone knows anywhere let me know!!!!!

For the Children (at the ages you state) I would think that a bouncy aid rather than a life jacket would perhaps be better. If you look at Amazon and ebay these are available in different sizes for around £20 - £25 I would not think you could hire any much cheaper but happy to be proved wrong

I have two of the foam filled buoyancy aids that my grandkids used to use, and should fit your 3 year old and 7 year old. They are yours if you are passing Exeter at all?

Probably the easiest way to buy and sell on Ebay they even get delivered free sometimes. Sold all my surplus there including dog one!
A dog did not buy it of course

Thanks for your replies. I have got a solution. There are some 100n kids jackets at Decathlon that will do the trick so have passed my siblings the link to get them! Only £15.

Are you sure it wasn't doggers into watersports? just clarifying.
