Life Jackets

Can anyone please tell me if there is a new supplier of parts for Sowester Osprey life jackets, the plastic bobbin holding the spring against the dissolvable pellet has split .My local chandlers have tried but with no luck.

Th jackets are made by Remploy. The same jackets are marketed by Ocean Safety in Soton.
