Lidl automatic 3.8A battery charger

I can't see the vid 'cos work internet access is locked down too tight - no vids, no social networking (they seem to have missed one or two of them - obviously not sailors :D), etc - but the charger looks the same as one I've had for a few years. Not the quickest, but works fine.

We are being very unkind about the video. It a beautiful presentation :D Watch it at home!.

Of course its not the quickest, its only 3.8A max

I have one just like it, either from Lidl or Aldi. Be aware that they are no use to leave connected as a trickle charger when you are away from the boat as any (even momentary) loss of power switches them off and they have to be manually reset to get them charging again.

Edit, despite the above they are very good at keeping things like garden tractor batteries from premature death.
