Lewmar Superhatch spare parts

Does anyone know where I can obtain some plastic/nylon spacer/washers for a Lewmar Superhatch?

The hole in the spacers is about 11mm (the hatch is 24years old and this could be less as maybe worn), the outside measurement "could" be about 22mm, and thickness about 1.2mm or thereabouts.

Lewmar no longer have spares for these obsolete hatches.

I think I am going to have to make my own, if I can get some sheet of 1.5mm - an ice-cream carton comes to mind - unless I want to order a minimum of 1000!!
